Commercial Work 1977 - 2012
After St Martin’s David returned to Cumbria and established Eden Graphics where his practice in commercial graphic design and illustration work has included:
The Penrith Millennium Trail
A Christmas of Hope & Peace (A series of large Angels to give hope after ‘Foot and Mouth 2001)
People of Eden – (A series of portraits for Cumbria Life magazine June 2002 – 2005)
The Road to Paradise (illustrations 2003)
Mr Mullett Owns a Cloud (illustrations 2005)
The National Mountaineering exhibition

2002
A Cumbrian Connection – (Jack Seabury works 1956 to 1987) Jack was David’s tutor at the Cumbria College of Art & Design, Carlisle and a major influence to David’s work. David submitted several pieces of work to this exhibition

2005
Up Close and Personal – Solo exhibition at Penrith Museum January – April 2005. Portraits of family, local people and the Cumbrian landscape.

10‘ x 8’ portrait chosen to be shown at The Atkinson Gallery, Wessex

2011
